There are no More Hosting Company for This Type
Looking for a Web site hosting provider can be an overwhelming task. Every company assures you that what they're offering is affordable Web hosting, before throwing facts, features, and figures at you. Unfortunately, there are a lot of important things to consider when making your decision, so the fact that many of these are quite similar, but not identical, makes this task harder. To simplify matters, you need only consider what you actually need from a host.

Whether you're after small business Web hosting, personal Web hosting, or something much bigger, there are always a few key things to look at first, to give you an idea of the value of a plan. We have compared the shared-server plans of a number of different hosts and as you will see, the first thing we always look at are:
Host Project
Hard Disk Drive Hard Disk Drive Storage Quota
This is the amount of space you're allowed to take up on the server. It's usually measured in gigabytes (GB), and if you're not sure what you need, you can generally just keep in mind that the more you have, the merrier. Obviously, if you're not sure about it, you're probably not going to be a particularly heavy user, so if one Web hosting provider offers more for space for the same amount of money, it's not a difficult choice.
Monthly Data Transfer.. Monthly Data Transfer Quota
This is the amount of data you're allowed to upload to, and download from the sites on your Web site hosting account. This is possible the most crucial figure (other than cost), so before you pick a plan, you want to ensure that you have an ample supply. If your site is going to have lots of downloadable content such as movies and sound, then this will go particularly fast.

Dollars. The bottom line. How much is this going to cost you is the biggest question on everyone's mind. Always remember to read the fine print for overage charges, and avoid any affordable Web hosting company that tries to lock you into a contract – most will not. These three factors are always something you need to balance against each other: There's little point in having 200 GB of storage quota, if you're only allowed 100 GB of bandwidth each month. Similarly, a full terabyte (1024 GB) of monthly transfers will be mostly wasted if your Web hosting provider only allows 10 GB of hard drive space, as you won't have that much that people will want to download in the first place.

Simply put, the plan that offers the most monthly bandwidth and hard drive space that qualifies as
the most affordable web hosting plan you can find, is probably a good deal.
